How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion and household chemicals. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches and tangling, and gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

How do I clean my bracelet or beads?

For most beaded and gemstone pieces, gently wipe them with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking them or using harsh cleaners, as this can damage natural stones and the elastic cord. For metal components, a dedicated jewelry polishing cloth works well. If you're unsure about a specific material, email us at service@mail.kailashway.com for guidance.

My elastic bracelet feels loose or the cord is stretching – can it be restrung?

Over time, elastic cord can naturally stretch with regular wear. To extend its life, avoid over-stretching it when putting it on and take it off gently. If the cord becomes loose or breaks, many bracelets can be restrung by a local jeweler. If you have questions about a specific piece, contact us at service@mail.kailashway.com and we'll advise you.

Are the natural stones and materials genuine?

We take pride in the quality of our materials. Because natural stones are formed in the earth, each one is unique, and slight variations in color, pattern and texture are completely normal and part of their natural beauty. This means the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos, which show representative examples.
